Standard Changeover

Minutes applied between every product by default (when "Standard changeover" is selected on a row). Set to 0 to disable.

Dough Interval (Room for More)

Minutes per dough used by the Capacity "Room for More" card to estimate how many more doughs fit before the next dispatch is at risk. Leave blank to use the line's live average (total run time ÷ total doughs) from the current schedule.

Dough Times (min per dough)

Scheduled minutes per dough for every product on this line — this drives the whole mixer schedule. A grey value means automatic: it comes live from the Capacity Report (or the Excel's Oven Capacity sheet) and updates whenever you re-import. Type a number to override it manually; clear the box and Save to go back to automatic. ✕ removes a product from this line's list (it returns if a future schedule upload still has it).
